Singer, Actor, Dancer – Kabelo Lethoba who hails from Vaal, has always been the entertainer in the family. After completing his matric he wished to study music but his parents didn’t allow him as they didn’t see music as a stable career, “mmino ha ona chelete” they would say. He then decided to study Marketing Management after successfully completing it he worked in the field for about 2 years. In 2011 he decided to resign and enrolled at the Tshwane University of Technology where he graduated with a B.Tech. in Musical Theatre in 2014.
While at TUT, he performed in musicals such as Coloured Mecca, Believe in the Magic, Legally Blonde and the history making Sarafina, In Black and White where he also was part of the Marketing/Administration team.
Kabelo’s professional experience includes, The Astounding Antics of Anthony the Ant, The Library Lion ( NCT) which were both nominated for Naledi Award for best production for young audiences. He also performed in international productions such as Tribute to ILL’Divo and Tribute to Jersey Boys (Greek Islands Tour). He made his film debut on the film Dias Santana where he took on the role of “Young Ferrera”.
This talented, ever so growing performer also had an opportunity to work with the SAMA nominee Lindiwe Maxolo on her Jazz album (Time) as a choir member.
