At the very young age of 6 Annica discovered her love for performing when she took the stage for the first time as a dancer. Throughout the years she branched out from dancing to singing and found her niche in acting. After completing training under the respected South-African actress Brumilda van Rensburg she continued to work on her craft at the ADK (Akademie vir Drama kuns) during University where she received high praises performing in front of acting icon Sandra Prinsloo. After winning the award for best supporting actress for her role as Adele in the student production of Die huis van Bernarda Alba in 2013 she set her sights acting in film and television. Annicas film debut was as a dancer in the South African comedy Die 100meter Leeuloop (2013) starring Robbie Wessels.
In 2014 the passionate actress attended the prestige Edgemar centre for the arts in Los Angeles, USA. Under the training of acting couch Michelle Danner who described Annica as “an exciting performer to watch” she was featured in international films such as The Bandit hound (2016) and Gina’s journey (post production). Her other acting credentials include American student films such as With blood on my hands (2014) and Alone (2016).
This enthusiastic actress has training in a range of acting techniques and her talents in dancing, singing and acting makes her a triple threat in the world of performing.
